Q: What happens after I hit the purple buttons?

One Session - You will be taken to the online booking calendar, select the One Session option, pick a date and time, checkout and done!

Golden or Diamond Package - You will be taken to my online store, select the correct package and checkout. Once payment is received I will reach out and contact you to start working with each other. 

 

Q: I'm not sure which package is right for me?

I am here to help you choose the best package for your needs, schedule a complimentary call with me and let's chat!

Q: Where does the private session take place?

In person session are facilitated at my main office location at St Claire West and Dufferin or secondary office at Keele and Finch. Distance sessions are facilitated using Zoom or Skype.

Q: What is your time zone? 

All appointments are automatically Eastern Standard Time. Please make sure you are scheduling in the right time zone.

Q: What are the sessions like?

Kindness and emotional safety are important values to me when I work with clients. I'll do everything I can as appropriate to help you feel safe in the healing environment, while providing positive feedbacks to help you grow. Both parties must be integral and respect each others boundaries, we can accomplish this by clear and compassionate communication with each other.

Q: What should I expect in each session? 

Every session is customized to your needs and journey, everyone learn at different pace and need different modalities during the course of your journey with your facilitator. No one session has been the same and each is intuitively guided by tapping into spirit.

2. Policies

Payment

All sessions and packages must be paid in full up front unless a payment plan is agreed between both parties.

Refunds

When you make the choice to buy a package and work with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. This affects how many clients I can take on and help. When we start our first lecture in the online courses or private session, you gain value right away. For that reason,  don't offer refunds. If you want to make sure my style is right for you, I invite you to book one session to start, or checking out the freebies section to sample my online teachings. If you end up wanting a package, I will apply the fee for that hour towards the total price.

Cancellations 

Cancellation Policy: Appointment cancellations/rescheduling must be completed at least 24-hrs in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hrs notice, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If you do not come for your appointment and you have not contacted us to reschedule or otherwise, the full fee for the treatment is due.
